We
are a weaving and spinning guild with members
from north central Washington state, meeting
on a regular basis to preserve the textile crafts
and share a common interest. The guild was established
to serve as a vehicle for the growth and development
of the textile arts, as well as a meeting place
for the exchange of ideas and friendship. Our
primary purpose is educational. The guild makes
available exhibits, lectures, and workships
for the members and the public to widen the
participation in and appreciation of weaving,
spinning, and other textile techniques. Two
of the annual events in which we participate
are the Chelan County Fair (September), and
Apple Days in Cashmere (October).

Meetings are held monthly. Dues are $10.00

participation in workships, access to the library
and equipment, membership in Association of
Northwest Weavers' Guilds (including access
to the regional newsletter and Association website)
and eligibility to register for ANWG and Convergence
conferences.
