Helena Weavers & Spinners Guild

The aim and purpose of this Guild are to promote interest and skill in hand spinning and hand weaving among the Guild membership and community.

The Guild meets, usually on the 3rd Thursday of each month, from September through June. It maintains an extensive. library and has equipment available for member use.
Spinners also meet separately each month. With the exception of the June and August meetings, which are devoted to planning and organization, programs and projects are offered at each guild meeting, often taught by members. The guild also organizes instructed workshops and a public event during the year.

The Helena Weavers & Spinners Guild has 38 members from the Helena and Butte, Montana areas. Represented outlying communities include Basin, Boulder, Canyon Creek, Clancy, East Helena, Elliston, Jefferson City, Montana City, and Ulm. Annual dues are $10.00.
