September: Summer and winter samples, demonstration,
handouts on summer
and winter sources, and show and tell - especially
on Summer and Winter, new or old. (Note:The
board decided not to have a dessert pot luck
this year)
October: Program on Summer
and Winter with Mary Bentley.
November: Program on Color
presented by guild members, Renee and Gloria,
(hands on - cut and paste, etc)
December: Potluck meal and
video "Artist in Action"
January: Day Time meeting.
Trip to LaConner. Visit the Skagit Historical
Museum for program on historical looms and woven
pieces. We'll have lunch there and you may have
time to visit other galleries and/or museums.
February: Program on profile
drafts presented by guild members Renee and
Gloria. (hands on - working with graph paper
and markers)
March: Program presented by
Kay Reiber a weaver fromTwisp who will talk
about the process she went through to achieve
the Canadian Certificate of Excellence. Her
subject for the study was Summer and Winter.
April: Program still undecided.
May: Program still undecided
June: Potluck meal, election
of next years officers. Exchange of handwoven
summer & winter note cards, final show and
tell.
