Textiles, fashion, fashion, textiles; as a fibre artist and teacher I do not think of one without the other. I use the shrinking properties of wool to create wonderful felted textures on fine silk chiffon. Together these factors combine to create one of a kind wearable art.

Programs/Workshops

1 or 2 day workshops that cover the basics of feltmaking, different fleece types, felted chiffons and laminated felts, as well as 3D felt, and lattice felt. The techniques taught can be applied to all felted projects. Workshops can either be sample or project based.
1 hour presentations on aspects of felt. Topics can range from base felt making, felt verses fulling to felt and fashion today.
