Nancy, who has a Master’s Degree
in Fine Arts/Weaving, Art Education, and Art History
from the University of Oregon, taught college weaving
from 1981 to 1996. She has presented programs and workshops
for guilds and for regional, national, and international
conferences. She is the author of Weft-faced Pattern
Weaves: Tabby to Taqueté , Universal Stitches
for Weaving, Embroidery, and Other Fiber Arts, Boundweaving
(a video tape), numerous articles, and a new book The
Coptic Tapestry Albums and the Archeologist of Antinoé,
Albert Gayet.
